Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over twenty years. She is well-known for her soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) and Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). She played Daphne as a regular character in the HBO series True Blood's 2nd season. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her professional career as a teacher in Maury County where she taught kindergarten and the first graders Reading. Brent Jones was her UT Martin fan. They moved from there to Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she started teaching 4th grade. From 1999 to 2000, she taught as she completed her Master of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit the classroom in 2000, when they welcomed their baby boy Baylor. Ashley is focusing her energies in the last 15 years on the well-being of the kids in her neighborhood and in her church. Ashley is an active leader in the Preschool Ministry and the Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church. Ashley's children attended homeschool during the three years she spent at the home. During their home schooling years children attended a home school-based tutorial, in which Ashley was also a teacher of History to Kindergarten and 1st Grade. God has clearly demonstrated to them and their families the importance of returning to school. While Ashley was a fan of being a homeschooler, she also enjoyed being with her five children. Brent and Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor a GCA graduated attends college as a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan, another GCA graduated, goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely energetic and loves hunting, fishing and supporting their friends in sporting events.
